"O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You and I put my trust in You and I break my fast with Your sustenance"
ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
"The thirst is gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills"
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, bi-rahmatika astagheeth
O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, by Your mercy I seek help
وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ
And your Lord says: Call upon Me; I will respond to you.

قَالَ اللَّهُ: كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ لَهُ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ، فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

Prophetic Traditions
Break your fast immediately after sunset, preferably with dates and water, following the Sunnah.
Have Suhoor as late as possible before Fajr to gain strength and follow prophetic guidance.
Begin Iftar with dates as practiced by the Prophet ﷺ.
Perform Taraweeh prayers in congregation every night during Ramadan.
Recite the Quran abundantly and aim to complete it at least once in Ramadan.
Give charity generously. The Prophet ﷺ was the most generous in Ramadan.
Observe I'tikaf during the last ten days, seeking Laylat al-Qadr.
Provide Iftar to someone fasting — you receive the same reward.
Make sincere dua at the time of breaking fast — it is highly accepted.
Pray voluntary night prayers, especially during the last third of the night.
Perform all five prayers on time, preferably in congregation

Recite and reflect on the Quran daily
Increase remembrance of Allah and supplications
Give charity and help those in need generously
Maintain good character, patience, and control anger
Strengthen family ties and maintain good relations
Seek forgiveness frequently, especially in last 10 nights
Intensify worship in the last 10 nights seeking Laylat al-Qadr
Avoid backbiting, gossip, and spreading rumors
Refrain from lying, cheating, and deception
Control anger and avoid arguments and disputes
Avoid wastefulness and extravagance in food and spending
Don't waste time in excessive sleep during the day
Avoid idle talk, vain entertainment, and useless activities
Don't delay repentance - turn to Allah immediately
Don't waste precious time, especially the last 10 nights
The greatest night of the year — better than a thousand months.

An obligatory charity given before Eid prayer.
Stay healthy and energized during Ramadan 2026
Drink 8–10 glasses of water between Iftar and Suhoor. Avoid caffeine-based drinks as they may cause dehydration.
Eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains. Avoid fried foods and excessive sweets.
Aim for 6–8 hours of sleep. A short afternoon nap can help maintain your energy levels.
Riyadh temperatures may reach 25–30°C. Stay indoors between 12 PM and 4 PM when possible.
Complete the Quran in 30 days by reading 4 pages after each prayer. Increase dhikr and dua.
Exercise one hour before Iftar or after Taraweeh. Walking, stretching, and yoga are ideal.
